Prepress and Design
- Performed all phases of prepress operations including preflight, layout, design, imposition and proofing of all types of print products. Thoroughly familiar with all major graphic arts programs including QuarkXpress, Adobe Suite, Freehand, Publisher and other minor programs.
- Output of film using Heidelberg Delta software followed by processing and exposing metal plates for the press usage.
- Imposition of all print products from business cards to booklets for production on a four-color sheetfed Heidelberg Speedmaster 74 using Heidelberg Signa software.
- Produced various forms of customer proofs using Heidelberg proofing system integrated with Best Color press matching system with an HP-1050 Spin-Jet imposition proofer and an HP-5000 six color continuous proofing printer.
- Update and maintenance of a completely integrated website for online quotations, orders and payment for a variety of print products. The system automatically calculated all taxes and freight charges and produced an automated Order Confirmation for online customers.
